Remotely (remotely.nz) is a job board for remote and work-from-home jobs that are open to people living in New Zealand. It is run by Hugo Baldwin, operated by Shan Ming Yang Limited, a company registered in New Zealand, and made in New Zealand.
Who runs Remotely
Remotely is built and run by Hugo Baldwin. You can also find Hugo on LinkedIn and GitHub.
Where the jobs come from
- Employers post roles directly on Remotely through Post a job.
- Remotely also imports listings from Remote OK and We Work Remotely.
- Imported listings are filtered by location so that only roles open to candidates in New Zealand, Australasia, Oceania or anywhere in the world are shown. Roles restricted to other countries or regions are left out.
How listings are kept current
- The whole site is rebuilt every day from the latest listings. Updated 21 October 2026.
- Listings that close or are removed at the source drop off at the next rebuild.
- Anyone can flag a job that looks like a scam or is no longer open, using the "Flag this job" button on its page. Flagged jobs are reviewed and removed once confirmed.
