- Operate responsibly by managing risk, safety, and environmental considerations across all our projects and surrounding communities.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record the quantity, location, and type of tools and parts.
- Process requisitions and distribute tools and equipment to internal users, maintaining accurate records of who has what.
- Inspect and ensure tools are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations related to tool handling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including deliveries, returns, and adjustments.
- Post Secondary Certificate in Office Administration or a related field would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
