To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Leadership experience, ideally in a retail or customer service environment.
• Leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• The ability to motivate and inspire small team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
