Office Maid

At Hacksaw Gaming, we believe that a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace helps create a great environment for everyone. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking Office Maid to help maintain our office and support the team with light day-to-day tasks.

Job Description:

This position is primarily focused on keeping the office clean and well-maintained. In addition, you will assist management with small tasks such as running errands, organizing supplies, and preparing refreshments.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean all office areas;
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces;
• Empty and sanitize waste bins;
• Refill soap, tissues, and other hygiene products;
• Keep all rooms tidy, especially meeting areas and common zones;
• Run office-related errands, such as purchasing supplies or refreshments;
• Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff when required;
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing or organizing documents;
• Support management with occasional day-to-day tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role is preferred;
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible;
• Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to assist when needed;
• Able to work independently and manage time well;
• Basic spoken English is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full time - Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM;
• Must be available to occasionally work on Saturdays when needed
