About the Role

We'€™re hiring a Full Stack Developer for a UK-based company specializing in underground services and subsidence investigations for the insurance industry. You'€™ll be part of a close-knit internal technology team, enhancing existing .NET applications, building new features, and contributing to cross-platform tools using Blazor, .NET MAUI, and modern front-end technologies.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote role'€”ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, communicates proactively, and enjoys working across a modern, Microsoft-based technology stack.

What You'€™ll Be Doing
  • Working on both front-end user interfaces and server-side logic, including integration with web APIs.
  • Enhancing and maintaining internal .NET applications used across the business.
  • Developing new features using technologies like .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blazor.
  • Contributing to cross-platform development using .NET MAUI.
  • Supporting bug fixes and technical enhancements across the stack.
  • Communicating progress and updates via Jira, and collaborating with team members through Microsoft Teams.
  • Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in peer reviews to uphold quality and consistency.

Must-Have Skills
  • .NET (3'€“5 years)
  • .NET Blazor (at least 1 year)
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (3'€“5 years)
  • GitHub (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience working on both front-end and back-end development (50/50 split)
  • Experience integrating and working with APIs
  • Task management using Jira

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • .NET MAUI (1 year)
  • Azure DevOps (1 year)
  • Visual Studio
  • Experience building cross-platform applications
